Hi, I’m William Pender. I’ve spent over 17 years in the mortgage lending industry, building on a foundation that includes a background in real estate law and degrees from Davidson College and the University of South Carolina School of Law. Prior to lending, I also owned and operated The Home Buyers’ Group, LLC, a real estate company focused on representing homebuyers.
